One of Oak Ponds favorite features with the residents is the year round heated pool, where they enjoy swimming, sunning and an occasional pool party.  There are many activities that you can choose from as each month there are different things you can sign up to participate in if you choose, or you can just sit on the shaded back deck of the community center and enjoy the relaxing sound of the water fountain in the pond and watch some of the native wildlife that live in and visit the pond.  In the evenings the fountain lights up for an added pleasing sight.
